metamorphosis: the unwhale-ing prelude

okok so i realise that it's been almost 2 weeks since i delivered and i have yet to put up anything other than my scheduled swatches on my blog since then! at the repeated requests (i shall refrain from calling it nagging) from various relatives, colleagues, friends and other well-wishers, i present to you *drumroll*

THE UNWHALE-ING

do i really need to explain that title? primarily its because for the last 4 months or so of my pregnancy my dear darling hubby has been referring to me as THE WHALE. (refer to photo evidence below of whale-like stature just before leaving for the hospital)
giving birth to the precious bundle of joy in the picture below was supposed to transform me from whale to more of a porpoise-like figure (which hasn't happened by the way, more details in next post).
